2018 Diary / Planner by Orange Circle Studio, Succulents

Purchased the below planner from Amazon. 
Best features I love: lightweight, starts from August 2017 and has a monthly features plus weekly. Vibrant colours, with lovely inspirational quotes. 

Downside: the monthly planner box might not be big enough to hold many matters. If your handwriting is the big type, you might have a difficult task to keep everything in the box. 

Other than, it is a lovely and a good buy. And I have already started planning my August... :)

In this internet age, whenever we want information, the immediate thing we do is to search the internet. While internet is very useful for immediate information, there are some people who prefer to have books as resources for ancient readings or findings. One such person is definitely me! It is not to say that I do not like the resources available over the net, sometimes I tend to wonder how true it is correct on some information and facts presented. If the facts presented over the internet are with references, it is fine. If not, I will question and search further.

Drum Tao Event in Singapore

Reminder Bands from "The Mindful Company"

As a teacher, I do need a daily boost and reminders, isn't it? :)

I found "The Mindful Company" which sells reminder bands. And of course, I was hooked onto some of its items and purchased them. They arrived 2 days ago and I just had time to take a closer look and take pictures.....Below are the pictures I have taken. Excuse the poor lighting as it was taken very early morning and I was struggling with the phone and lighting etc...

I purchased, "Gratitude", "Trust" and "Breathe" - these 3 words plays a very important role in my life, each with a different purpose. Nevertheless, all of us need to be grateful on a daily basis, and to have trust on ourselves and in the Universe and remember that our breaths alters our emotions and feelings. We have all that we need and at times we forget in the midst of daily life happenings and events.

For the pictures of my purchased items and how it looks on my wrist, here it is! It is easy to alter as my wrist is relatively small in size (though in the picture it can look big! :) ). I am still "learning" how to toggle for the "Breathe" band braid. I am sure that I will get it eventually.... :)

A change in blog title and features

Hello everyone!

My regular students have requested me to blog on daily living in terms of Zen moments. After all, life is indeed lived by moments rather than on big events and surprises. I am changing this blog to feature simple tips one can receive on living consciously in the midst of chaos and happenings. Stay tuned and remember to check back once in awhile. 

I will be posting on quite a number of things this week.
